Hell some make it VDS's from what i gather but correct me if wrong. offshore RDP sever that never logs sessions is the best way to go? assuming there are best tested and rued hosts.

Remember not to focus on one area over another as coverage across all requirements are needed. Remember that if your setup is solid it would contain not only an acceptable RDP client, but also a VPN service that offers same requirements.
